Steven has expertise in strategic town planning, environmental law, local infrastructure planning and the political economy of human settlements. He has written extensively on the future of cities, including on how they are being reshaped by distributed information and energy systems. He is co-creating a new model for village-scale, regenerative land development based on the principles of the Circular Economy and the Steady State Economy.
