Our Objectives
The objects for which the Company is established are to pursue any purpose which is charitable at law as approved by the ACNC (Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit Commission) or the Commissioner of Taxation, including:
- conducting scientific research into and protecting and enhancing the Australian natural environment, communities and humankind and its endeavours by creating a network of sustainable, resilient and regenerative villages, communities, bioregions and support systems focusing on all aspects of human endeavour including:

- (i) societal, bioregional and national resilience,
- (ii) environmental regeneration and protection,
- (iii) built environment and technology,
- (iv) regenerative farming practices, food distribution and security,
- (v) human wellness, education and development,
- (vi) human cultural and societal behaviour and group dynamics,
- (vii) sustainable business and economic models,
- (viii) energy, waste and resource production and management,
- (ix) the arts and culture and
- (x) other human activity undertaken in the pursuit of satisfying human needs and creating a thriving resilient healthy society; and
- establishing and managing a charitable public fund and sub-funds for the specific purpose of supporting the objects of the trust; and
- establishing and managing public impact investment funds s for the specific purpose of supporting the objects of the trust especially those focusing on community and ecological resilience through eco-project, ecovillage and regenerative agriculture project development, operations and support activities; and
- the direct benevolent relief of persons, especially children, suffering from poverty, sickness, distress, misfortune, disability, destitution, or helplessness; and
- the provision of money, property or benefits to, and for the relief of, persons, especially children, in Australia who are in necessitous circumstances; and
- the building local economies through education, training, incubation, grants, funding, co-working and innovation, spaces and support services and by scientifically researching and trailing new economic models; and
- support indigenous communities to build resilience, to identify and respond to living, cultural, education, economic and training issues and needs in a culturally appropriate manner; and
- to do all other things as may be incidental or ancillary to the attainment of the above objects
